Lumitra Mail is a mail service and marketing platform with a visual editor. Connect your app through the API, or run everything from the dashboard if you don’t have one. Your contacts and mail stay on servers in Germany, and nothing gets tracked unless you switch it on.

Two ways in

You have an app

Your app keeps its users, Lumitra Mail keeps the mail. Send and sync contacts through the REST API or the TypeScript SDK, and get signed webhooks back when a message is sent or fails and when someone subscribes, unsubscribes or resubscribes.

You don’t have an app

Use the dashboard. Design templates in the visual editor, import your list from a CSV file, put the hosted signup form on your site and schedule the mailing. No code needed.

What you get

  • Your own sending provider

    Connect SMTP (an iCloud+ mailbox or your host’s mail server) or a Resend key. The send queue follows each provider’s limits, so a mailbox never gets pushed past its daily cap.

  • A visual editor

    Drag blocks into place, preview on desktop and mobile, and get HTML that holds up in real inboxes. Import your existing MJML, export as MJML or HTML.

  • Unsubscribe built in

    Every mail has one-click unsubscribe and a hosted page where people pick their topics. An unsubscribe takes effect straight away, for that topic or for everything from that sender, as the person chooses. With Resend, hard bounces and spam complaints are blocked automatically. Over SMTP, addresses the server refuses outright are blocked.

  • Webhooks

    Signed events when a message is sent or fails, when someone subscribes, unsubscribes or resubscribes, and when a mailing or an import moves along. Your app always knows what happened.

  • Signup form with double opt-in

    A hosted page or an embed on your own site. Nobody lands on your list before confirming their address.

  • Segments

    Target people by tags, properties and topics, and see how many match before you send.

  • Scheduling and A/B tests

    Pick a send time. Test two subject lines or versions on a slice of your list, then send the winner to everyone else.

  • Tracking is off by default

    Opens and clicks are counted only after you switch tracking on for a workspace. Until then, nobody gets profiled.

Your contacts stay yours

You decide what happens with your list. We process it on your behalf and for nothing else.

  • We are your processor under Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): we act on your instructions, you stay the controller.
  • Contacts, mail content and the archive live on servers we run ourselves at Hetzner in Germany. Images you upload are stored in Cloudflare R2, in a bucket in the EU jurisdiction, through Storage Brain, our file service.
  • No tracking unless you switch it on. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else.

Got an email sent with Lumitra Mail?

Every message has an unsubscribe link. To stop mail from a sender, use it, or contact the sender. We send on their behalf, and the sender decides who is on their list.
